1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the OurSong mobile application (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Innovtiv ("Service Provider," "we," or "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall the Application and cease all use of it.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Ownership
All content, features, and functionality within the Application—including but not limited to software code, algorithms, user interface design, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements—are the exclusive property of Innovtiv and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
B. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device owned or controlled by you.
C. Restrictions
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Application;
- Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code;
- Distributing, leasing, or selling the Application to third parties;
- Removing any copyright or proprietary notices from the Application.
3. User Responsibilities and Conduct
As a condition of your use of the Application, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information if requested by the service;
- Maintain the security of your device and account access;
- Refrain from using the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application.
Innovtiv reserves the right to terminate your access to the Application if we believe you have violated these restrictions.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with third-party services (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, and Crashlytics). Your use of these services is governed by their respective Terms of Service. Innovtiv is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
5. Service Availability and Modifications
The Service Provider reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.
- Implement updates that may be required for continued use of the Application.
- Introduce fees for premium features or subscriptions in the future, provided that such changes are clearly communicated to users in advance.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INNOVTIV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT;
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE;
- THE ABSENCE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL INNOVTIV, ITS DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Age Requirements
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you are not authorized to use the Application. We do not knowingly target or collect information from individuals under this age.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Innovtiv is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Application after revisions become effective signifies your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.
